We are pleased to invite all students and non-students interested in liberty to attend the 2011 International Students For Liberty Conference! The International SFL Conference is the premiere event of the year for students dedicated to liberty and advancing freedom on campus. The world’s largest crowd of pr...o-liberty students will gather for a weekend of learning about liberty from contemporary leaders in liberty, discussing best practices for promoting liberty on campus, and getting more involved in the larger movement for liberty.

Saturday Night Taping of the STOSSEL Show!

John Stossel is the most recognized libertarian spokesman alive today. His long run as a reporter for ABC’s 20/20 exposed millions of people to the follies of government intervention. His new show Stossel on Fox Business News provides a wonderful platform to discuss the ideas of liberty and get them out to a wide audience.

Students For Liberty is proud to announce that the 2011 International Students For Liberty Conference will feature a taping of the STOSSEL Show featuring John Stossel, special guest David Boaz, and the hundreds of students at the conference. The show will feature a conversation on liberty between Stossel and Boaz, followed by a question and answer session with the audience.

This is our opportunity to showcase the strength of the student movement for liberty! The episode will be broadcast worldwide and show that not only John Stossel and David Boaz believe in liberty, but that the hundreds of young, enthusiastic, student attendees do as well.

This is our chance to show the world what we are all about. You do not want to miss out. Come join the world’s largest gathering of pro-liberty students, John Stossel, David Boaz, and some of the biggest names in the liberty movement for this once in a lifetime event.

New Breakout Sessions – Something for Everyone

This year we are enhancing the International SFL Conference to make the event educational and beneficial for all attendees. The 2011 conference will offer multiple tracks for students of all experience levels and areas of interest. A few examples of the sessions that will be available:

Intro to Liberty - For those who want to understand the fundamentals of liberty.
Foundation for Economic Education Advanced Topics – Come hear advanced workshops and new papers presented by some of FEE’s best scholars.
Advanced Policy Sessions - Scholars from the Cato Institute will give updates on the hot policy issues and provide students with the intellectual ammunition to fight against bad policies and ideas.
Young Professionals Track – If you are about to become or already are a young professional fighting for liberty, the ISFLC will have workshops to help advance your career.
Student For Liberty Leadership Training – Of course, there will be many sessions for students to become more effective leaders of liberty ranging from rhetorical skill workshops to training new leaders on your campus.
